BMXEvents.NZ may verify rider information, licence status, age class eligibility, membership status and event eligibility against BMX New Zealand systems and associated event administration databases.
Payments
Payments made through BMXEvents.NZ may be processed by third-party payment providers including Stripe and other approved payment gateways. BMXEvents.NZ does not store full credit card details on its servers.
Communications
By entering an event, purchasing a transponder, renewing a MYLAPS subscription or using BMXEvents.NZ services, you consent to receiving operational communications by email or SMS relating to entries, payments, receipts, event updates, MYLAPS subscriptions and transponder administration.
Sharing information
We may share relevant information with event organisers, host clubs, BMX New Zealand, event officials, timing providers, MYLAPS subscription management systems and service providers who assist us in operating the website and delivering services.
