Important: Renewing a subscription does not repair or replace a physically damaged or non-functioning transponder. No refund is available where a renewed transponder is found to have a failed battery or hardware fault. A transponder that fails while its subscription remains active may be eligible for replacement by MYLAPS, subject to MYLAPS assessment and conditions.
