Terms & Conditions of entry
Each club or region has it’s own terms and conditions of entry to be adhered to. BMXNZ also has specific criteria for each of it’s sanctioned events. Please make sure that you read and understand these terms and conditions. These may change from time to time without notice.
Health and Safety Declaration – Applicable to ALL BMXNZ sanctioned events:
Conduct Responsibilities – Event Health & Safety Statement:
By entering this event you acknowledge to have read & understood BMXNZ Regulations including code of conduct responsibilities & the event H&S Declaration that is provided by the sport when submitting your online entry. No animals are allowed on the event site and there are no exceptions other than registered Working or Guide Dogs.
A full event H&S delivery plan can be provided by contacting the host club.
Payment via Credit Card and POLi ONLINE
To cover costs, a $1.50 transaction fee and a 3.00% of total amount surcharge will be applied. This fee may, at the discretion of the host club be included in the entry fee.
Mobile phone numbers and e-mail addresses
BMXEvents.NZ collects certain data when you use our online services. By use of this site you agree that BMX New Zealand, BMXEvents.NZ and the host Club of the event that you are entering, may use your mobile phone number and e-mail address to contact you via text and e-mail based services pertaining to your entry, the event and if so required, to contact you afterwards.
